Securely pack the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand over your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
